The staff was very helpful. I booked a table for the evening at the sette restaurant and had a very pleasant experience. the food was excellent and thank you to the staff for a lovely weekend. i will be staying again. the reception staff were very helpful too though, i couldn't fault them.

i was super excited to check in though, it didn't quite live up to the hype. the front desk folks were really friendly, which i loved, but they didn't have that slick, professional polish you'd expect. it seemed like they were still figuring things out, a bit disappointing.

during my stay, i found some aspects disappointing. the room service was slow. i waited an unreasonable amount of time for a simple order. also, there was a noticeable lack of attention to detail in the room cleaning. i found some areas were not properly cleaned, which i did not expect.
